Use the Book Now button to find an appointment for your Virtual (Telehealth) Consult with our specialist Dermatologists.
Simply follow the instructions to choose the day and time that suits you best. Use the integrated payments system to pre-pay for your consult.

You’ll receive a welcome email from us containing links to a patient questionnaire and secure photo upload portal. This will involve:
Providing basic information such as your Medicare details
Completing a condition specific questionnaire
Uploading a GP referral (if you want a Medicare rebate)
Uploading photos of your skin condition via our secure portal
Remember to complete the registration form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Our admin team and Dermatologists need the information in order to provide a safe and efficient service.

On the day and time of your appointment - use your secure telehealth link to chat with your specialist Dermatologists. We use the industry leading Coviu platform - click here to learn more about how it works.
You’ll receive the highest standard of care during your virtual / telehealth consult.
Your doctor may provide you with scripts, blood tests or imaging - just like a traditional consult. We’ll also arrange any follow up appointments or referrals.
